MyGym Fitness Studio is looking for a

friendly, confident, and organized Front Office Receptionist

to manage daily front desk operations and support our members.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the fitness industry.

Working Hours

Shift-based (Morning / Evening)

Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors professionally Handle enquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp) Manage member registrations and renewals Schedule appointments and maintain records Handle basic billing and payments Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk Coordinate with trainers and management
Requirements

Female candidates preferred Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp) Good communication skills in

Malayalam

Friendly personality and customer-focused attitude Previous receptionist or front office experience is an advantage
