Front Office Executive
to manage our reception, coordinate office activities, and provide excellent support to visitors, employees, and management at our Noida office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper visitor protocols.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management and team members.
Maintain office records, files, and documents.
Assist in administrative tasks such as courier management, travel arrangements, and office supplies.
Support HR and other departments with day-to-day office coordination.
Ensure smooth functioning of front office operations and act as the first point of contact for all inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum
3-5 years experience
as a front office executive, receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, proactive, and organized.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a corporate publishing or education environment.
Familiarity with visitor management systems and basic office equipment.
Work Mode
Full-time,
on-site at Sector 67, Noida
Monday to Saturday (office timings as per company policy)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
