Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins; route queries to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.

Administrative Support:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
3.
Client Coordination:
Assist sales and marketing teams in coordinating with clients for site visits, document submission, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update client records in CRM or Excel.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and event coordination.
4.
Documentation & Data Entry:
Support in preparing agreements, invoices, and property documentation.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of client and project-related files.
5.
Facility & Vendor Management (if required):
Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and facility management for upkeep of office premises.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, BA, B.Com)
Experience:
1-3 years in front office, receptionist, or administrative role (preferably in real estate or service industry)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel)
Well-groomed and presentable
Organized, punctual, and proactive

Typically 6 days a week (including Saturdays Sundays)
