Manage online, phone, and walk-in bookings, ensuring accurate room availability and guest preferences are met.
Information Hub:
Provide details on hotel amenities, local attractions, and services, answering inquiries and directing guests.
Guest Services:
Handle special requests, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Coordination:
Liaise with housekeeping for room readiness and maintenance for issues, and with other departments for events.
Financials:
Handle payments, post charges (room, food, etc.), and manage guest folios accurately.
Operational Duties:
Room Management:
Control room keys, manage room status, and ensure proper assignment.
Communication:
Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate guest records and update booking information.
Revenue Generation:
Upsell rooms, facilities, and services.
Security:
Safeguard guest valuables and ensure safety procedures are followed.
Key Focus:
Creating a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for the entire stay.
Representing the hotel's brand and standards.
Ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all hotel functions.
