Responsibilities
? Manage and maintain office records and databases
? Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments
? Provide administrative support to various teams.
? Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations, reports, and correspondence
? Monitor and order office supplies
? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
? Support event planning and execution
? Address and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner.Includes processing orders,
managing databases, handling logistics.
