Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.
Visitor & Call Handling:
Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes.
Provide basic information about the company and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Administrative Support:
Handle courier services - receiving, logging, and dispatching.
Assist with scheduling meetings, conference room bookings, and appointments.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Coordination:
Support HR/Admin in organizing events, interviews, and other activities.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements
Education:
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience:
No prior experience needed
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Hindi.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Can vary based on company policy)
