Need Front Office Executive / Receptionist who can be a part of our residential school.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage admission queries.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper entry procedures for all guests.
Support school administration with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Handle student attendance records and assist with admissions-related documentation.
Coordinate communication between staff, parents, and the school office.
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and school events.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Provide general information about the school's policies, programs, and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Friendly, patient, and able to work effectively with students, parents, and staff.
