We are looking for a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Front Office cum Admin staff member to manage daily front desk operations and provide administrative support at our institution. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, well-presented, and capable of handling student interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office Management
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors.
Handle phone calls, enquiries, and walk-in queries.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
Provide course information and guide students regarding admission procedures.
Administration
Manage student registration, documentation, and data entry.
Handle attendance, ID card coordination, and student file management.
Support daily office tasks such as preparing letters, notices, and reports.
Coordinate with faculty, management, and other departments when required.
Assist in fee collection and maintain basic accounts-related files (if required).
Operational Support
Schedule counselling appointments and follow-up calls.
Assist in coordinating classes, exams, and institutional events.
Maintain office supplies, cleanliness, and overall front office environment.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Degree.
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to interact professionally with students and parents.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
