Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management



Greet and assist visitors, students, parents, and staff professionally. Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, fees, and schedules. Maintain visitor records and handle front office documentation. Manage reception area cleanliness and professional appearance.

Admission & Student Support



Handle student inquiries and follow up with leads. Assist in the admission and enrollment process. Maintain student records and update databases. Coordinate counseling sessions and entrance interviews. Support students and parents with queries and service-related concerns.

Administrative Support



Draft letters, emails, circulars, and official documents. Maintain office files, records, and communication logs. Support faculty and management in administrative tasks. Assist in maintaining attendance records and daily reports. Oversee office supplies, stationery, and maintenance requirements.

Coordination & Events



Support organization of academic events, exams, and seminars. Coordinate with trainers, faculties, and departments for schedules. Maintain communication between management, staff, and students.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
