Job Description

We are looking for a

Front Office Receptionist

to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional attitude. Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department. Maintain visitor records and manage appointments. Support administrative and HR tasks as needed. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Skills Required:



Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Time management and multitasking ability.

Qualification:



Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
