Major Deliverables
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Maintains and monitoring logbooks (Visitors & Mails).
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Preparing & maintaining meeting rooms for Clients.
Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
Sorting and distributing mail.
Scheduling appointments.
Essential Attributes & Experience
1 to 3 year of experience in any Industry as Receptionist.
Excellent Communication Skills and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing personality.
Female candidates will be preferred.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
