Hospital Experience Required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically to address inquiries, appointments, and concerns.
- Offer refreshments and direct visitors to appropriate areas or individuals.
2. Call Management:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, politely and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Determine the purpose of the call and provide accurate information or route the call as needed.
- Take and deliver messages accurately and completely
- Proactively return missed calls and address patient distress calls with empathy and urgency.
3. Cash Handling:
- Manage cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.
- Follow established cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Monitor the reception area for security purposes.
4. HMS Data Entry:
- Accurately enter patient information, appointments, and other relevant data into the HMS.
- Update patient records, insurance details, and billing information as required.
5. Appointment Scheduling:
- Efficiently schedule patient appointments, surgeries, and consultations in coordination with medical staff.
- Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to patients.
6. Ethical Practice:
- Maintain patient confidentiality, respecting privacy and adhering to ethical standards.
- Handle sensitive information and situations with professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
