About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Hostess cum Customer Relationship Executive to be the first point of contact at our showroom. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers visiting the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
Assist customers by guiding them to the right departments/sales representatives.
Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth flow of customer interactions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, manage inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams to enhance customer experience.
Support in showroom events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
Maintain a neat, professional, and customer-friendly reception area.
Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain CRM records.
Requirements
Graduate/Undergraduate with good communication skills (English, Tamil )
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as Hostess/Front Office/CRE in automobile, retail, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Customer service-oriented mindset with patience and attentiveness.
