Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
Provide information to callers/guests and handle queries appropriately.
