Job Description

A front office receptionist for our coaching institute acts as the first point of contact, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Key duties include greeting visitors, answering phones and handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. Essential skills include excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, computer proficiency (MS Office), and a customer service-oriented attitude. Job Responsibilities

Visitor Management:

Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate staff, and maintain a visitor log.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls, as well as handle mail, packages, and emails.

Scheduling:

Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the schedules of teachers and management.

Administrative Support:

Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other clerical tasks to support office operations.

Front Desk Maintenance:

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable with necessary stationery and forms.

Inventory Management:

Monitor office supplies, track inventory, and place orders when needed.

Customer Service:

Answer basic inquiries, calling datas, provide accurate information to callers and visitors, and handle complaints professionally.
