We are looking for a dedicated FrontOffice Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role is crucial in creating a positive impression for visitors and clients, reflecting the professionalism and efficiency of our organization.

Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars Handle inquiries and provide accurate information Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus Knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
