About the company:

Adoor based 3 star hotel

A front office executive in a 3-star hotel acts as the main point of contact for guests, responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations and guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service, processing payments, and coordinating with other hotel departments like housekeeping to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. They maintain accurate guest records, manage the front desk area, and are expected to uphold hotel standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities



Guest Services:

Greet guests warmly, manage their registration and room assignments, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.

Reservations & Check-ins/Check-outs:

Handle new reservation requests, confirm bookings, process payments, and manage the checkout process efficiently.

Communication & Support:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to guests and staff.

Problem-Solving:

Address guest complaints, resolve conflicts, and handle emergencies to ensure guest satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare daily reports, update guest records, manage front desk supplies, and perform other clerical duties to support hotel operations.

Coordination:

Liaise with housekeeping to confirm room readiness and communicate guest requests or issues to other departments as needed.

Financial Management:

Compute bills, collect payments, and balance the cash drawer accurately.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities. Familiarity with front office software and reservation systems. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Teamwork and coordination with other hotel departments. A friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
