Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests/visitors warmly and professionally
Handle check-in and check-out procedures
Manage room bookings and reservations systems
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain guest records and process payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
Handle guest complaints and escalate if necessary
Ensure front desk area is clean and presentable
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems)
Ability to multitask under pressure
Professional appearance and attitude
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Working Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Standing for extended periods
Wearing formal or uniform dress code
