Front Office Executive (Hospital Experience Preferred)
Location:
Medway Hospitals, Mogappier
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Manage appointment scheduling and handle inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors and departments for smooth operations.
Maintain patient records, handle billing & insurance verification.
Ensure reception area is clean and organized.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Diploma in Hospital Administration preferred).
1-3 years experience in a hospital front office is mandatory.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.
Knowledge of medical terminology is an added advantage.
Shift:
Rotational shifts (No night shifts).
