We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Office Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Reception:
Greet patients warmly and professionally.
Verify patient information and update records.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Pre and post coordination with patients.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Process insurance claims and handle billing.
Manage inventory of supplies and medications.
Assist with general office duties.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns and questions.
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain a positive and welcoming clinic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or front office setting.
Age under 25-35 Years.
Delhi candidate will be preferred.
Its 9 am - 6 pm job. 6 days a week.
Organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in medical software and computer systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Positive and empathetic attitude.
