We are looking for a professional and customer-focused
Front Desk Manager
to oversee daily reception operations at HYGO Clinic. The role includes managing front office staff, ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining service quality, and delivering excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk/reception staff
Manage patient registration, appointments & billing
Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing & admin teams
Handle patient queries, feedback & service issues
Maintain records, reports, and daily front office operations
Monitor cleanliness, waiting area ambiance & service standards
Requirements:
Graduate with 2+ years experience in front office or hospitality/healthcare
Strong communication & customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle high patient flow
Basic computer & clinic management software knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
