Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management
Greet and receive clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Office Administration
Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and other requirements.
Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations including internet connectivity, utility payments, and local bills.
Monitor staff punctuality and basic office discipline.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and service providers.
Documentation & Communication
Draft and send official emails, letters, and documents using MS Office tools.
Maintain basic records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
Proven experience in front office/reception or office administration.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional, approachable, and proactive attitude.
