Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Client Interaction
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
Manage front desk operations, including inquiries, appointments, correspondence, and visitor coordination.
Maintain front office protocols, etiquette, and service standards.
Operational Support
Support day-to-day operational activities under the Office of Operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of requests.
Assist in scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
Administrative Duties
Maintain records, registers, and front office documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, couriers).
Support office administration, logistics, and basic procurement coordination
