Job Description

The Front Office of Operations serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders while supporting the smooth execution of daily operational and administrative activities. The role ensures a professional front-facing experience, efficient coordination, and adherence to organizational processes and standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Client Interaction

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage front desk operations, including inquiries, appointments, correspondence, and visitor coordination. Maintain front office protocols, etiquette, and service standards.
Operational Support

Support day-to-day operational activities under the Office of Operations. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of requests. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and operational follow-ups.
Administrative Duties

Maintain records, registers, and front office documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, couriers). Support office administration, logistics, and basic procurement coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
