Key Responsibilities:
Train and supervise front office team members.
Handle VIP check-ins and guest complaints.
Manage daily reservations and reports in IDS Software.
Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B teams.
Monitor room availability and revenue generation.
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
Minimum 3 years' front office experience with IDS Software.
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and grooming standards.
