Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage salon phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and online booking inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Coordinate daily services with stylists and service staff
Follow up on client feedback and manage rebooking
Maintain client records, billing, and payment processing
Track sales, stock, and service reports
Support in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Maintain proper documentation and reports for management review
Required Skills:
Excellent communication in
Tamil

Basic computer/Excel/WhatsApp handling knowledge
Polite, confident, and good interpersonal skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Prior experience in a salon or customer service role (preferred)
Eligibility:
Age: 20 to 28 years
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above
Experience: 1+ years in front office/customer handling (preferred but not mandatory)
