Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and staff.
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle room bookings and modifications via IDS.
Resolve guest queries and concerns.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
Profile Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3 years of front office experience.
Knowledge of IDS or similar hotel software.
Skills:
Communication and grooming.
Guest handling and team leadership.
System proficiency.
