The Front Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing the reception, concierge, and desk teams to provide a warm welcome and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Supervise and motivate the front office team to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
2. Front Desk Operations: Oversee the reception.
3. Revenue Management: Participate in revenue management decisions to maximize revenue.
4. Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to the front office team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that the office area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
6. Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
7. Problem-solving: Resolve clients complaints and problems in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree
2. Experience: Preferably Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a front office management role .Freshers may apply if confident.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge: Word,Excell,Power-point
