Job Description

Supervise Front Desk Staff

: Manage and train front office personnel, ensuring they provide professional and friendly service to guests.

Guest Services Management

: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries and complaints promptly.

Operational Coordination

: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the establishment maintains high standards of service.

Budget Management

: Oversee the front office budget, manage billing and invoicing, and maintain accurate records of departmental expenses.

Reporting

: Prepare monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations.
