Job Summary:
CAG Hotel Pvt Ltd, a reputed name in the hospitality industry, is hiring an experienced
Front Office Manager
to lead our front desk operations in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a sharp focus on achieving room sales targets and maximizing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the front office, including guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and staff management.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving guest issues efficiently.
Monitor room sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and annual
room sales targets
.
Work closely with the sales and revenue management teams to optimize
occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
.
Train, supervise, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high service standards.
Manage the front office budget, control costs, and support revenue growth initiatives.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to front office performance and room revenue.
Maintain compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and health and safety regulations.
Handle VIP guests, corporate clients, and group bookings with a high level of professionalism.
Wel Knowledged in OTA Management
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in a reputed hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of front office systems (PMS), MS Office, and revenue management concepts.
Ability to work under pressure, manage a team, and meet sales targets.
Fluency in English and Tamil (added advantage).
