Front Office Manager

Job Description

Manage and supervise all front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for customers. Attend customer calls, schedule appointments, and manage booking calendars efficiently. Allocate customers to appropriate therapists based on service needs and availability. Maintain daily attendance records of staff and ensure timely reporting. Handle billing, invoice generation, cash management, and maintain daily sales reports. Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth flow of sessions and minimal waiting time. Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues to management when needed. Maintain confidentiality of client information at all times.

Work Conditions



Shift:

9:30 AM - 9:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Any one weekday between Monday-Friday

No Sunday leave

Should be comfortable with long-hour shifts and customer-facing responsibilities.
