Job Description

Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming environment. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk area. Address patient queries regarding appointments, treatments, timings, and costs Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-ins. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently. Coordinate with dentists and assistants to align daily schedules. Prevent appointment overlaps and maintain smooth workflow. Maintain and update patient records accurately (digital or manual). Manage new patient registration and documentation. Ensure proper filing of treatment plans, consent forms, and reports. Prepare daily reports such as appointment lists, billing summaries, and follow-up lists. Ensure high-quality patient experience from entry to exit. Handle complaints politely and escalate when needed. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
