Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Front Office Manager
to oversee daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients -- ensuring smooth appointment bookings, managing phone calls, coordinating with therapists, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and
assist customers with professionalism
and warmth.
Manage incoming phone calls
, respond to inquiries, and book appointments efficiently.
Coordinate therapist
schedules and ensure smooth operation of daily sessions.
Maintain client records
and update
appointment logs
.
Handle customer feedback
and ensure
high levels of client satisfaction
.
Manage front desk cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation
.
Support
basic
administrative
tasks as
required
by
management
.
Ensure
seamless communication
between customers, therapists, and management.
Requirements:

Good
communication
and
interpersonal skills
.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge
(MS Office, appointment booking tools, etc.)

Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Willingness to work on
Sundays with one weekday off (Mon-Fri)
