Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Front Office Supervision
Oversee the reservations process across multiple properties to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Monitor online booking platforms, OTA channels, and direct reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Supervise front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest handling to ensure smooth service.
Implement reservation policies, rate plans, and promotions in coordination with management.
Operations & Housekeeping
Coordinate with housekeeping teams to maintain cleanliness and service standards across all properties.
Conduct regular audits of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Assist in day-to-day operational oversight to ensure seamless motel functioning.
Staff Management & Training
Train, mentor, and motivate front office and housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Develop training modules for reservations handling, guest communication, and service excellence.
Schedule and allocate staff effectively across properties.
Business Development & Vendor Partnerships
Work with local vendors, travel agents, and corporate partners to drive bookings and build long-term partnerships.
Develop business strategies to increase visibility, online presence, and guest acquisition.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to recommend pricing strategies and promotions.
Support in building corporate tie-ups and group booking opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
Minimum 5 years of experience in reservations/front office operations, preferably in motel or hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management System), OTA (Online Travel Agencies), and reservation software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple properties and work under pressure.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
