Understand basic client requirement and route them correctly
Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in flow
Maintain showroom cleanliness, displays, and ambience
Handle calls, enquiries, and follow-ups
Support sales and management with coordination
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, well-spoken, organised
Prior front office or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to multitask calmly
