  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skillset:-
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • The Front Office Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and reception area within a hospitality or business setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership:Manage and lead the front office team, including receptionists and concierge staff.
Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Guest Relations:Ensure exceptional customer service for all guests and visitors.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Reservation Management:Oversee reservation systems to optimize room bookings and occupancy rates.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks:Manage day-to-day front office operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle billing, invoicing, and cashiering responsibilities.
  • Communication:Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Handle internal and external communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Problem Resolution:Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Work to prevent and minimize potential problems.
  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Implement and enforce security and safety measures. Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
