Job Summary:



The Front Office Manager (FOM) is responsible for overseeing all front office operations, including reception, guest services, reservations, concierge, and bell desk. The FOM ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction by leading the team in delivering exceptional service standards, managing resources effectively, and optimizing operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out. Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring excellent grooming, communication, and service delivery standards. Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, F&B, etc.) for smooth guest service. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards. Manage room inventory and coordinate with the reservations team to optimize occupancy and revenue. Maintain records of guest preferences and ensure personalized service. Review daily arrivals, VIPs, special requests, and group bookings. Prepare departmental reports, manage budgets, and control operational costs. Handle emergencies, security concerns, and guest incidents effectively. Support the General Manager in achieving guest satisfaction and operational goals.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?48,000.00 per month
