Ensure smooth communication between departments
Conduct night audits and resolve any discrepancies
Implement and maintain guest service standards
Utilize phone systems to handle inquiries and reservations
Experience
Prior experience in hospitality management, preferably in a resort or hotel setting
Proficiency in phone etiquette and guest services
Familiarity with front desk procedures and night audit processes
Multilingual skills are a plus for better guest interactions
