Front Office Executive (Female)
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years in the field of CCTV and Solar Products
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations and customer inquiries professionally
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for order and service follow-ups
Maintain and update records, invoices, and daily accounts
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports
Support administrative and operational tasks
Required Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of
Accounts and Billing
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in
CCTV / Solar industry
preferred
Education:
Graduate or Diploma (Any stream)
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
