Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including reception, reservations, and guest services.
Ensure a high standard of guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
Manage and train front office staff, prepare duty rosters, and ensure smooth shift operations.
Maintain records, reports, and budgets for the front office department.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Monitor room availability, rates, and revenue optimization.
Implement and follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Minimum 1-3years of experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred.
