Job Summary:



The Front Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department, including Reception, Guest Services, Concierge, and Reservations. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, managing the team effectively, and supporting the resort's reputation for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Oversee all Front Office operations to ensure seamless guest check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.

Ensure a warm, personalized welcome and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and ensure timely resolutions.

Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Sales) for smooth operations and guest requests.

Operations Management

Supervise daily front desk operations including room allocation, guest billing, and cashiering.

Monitor room inventory, occupancy, and revenue reports to support yield management.

Ensure compliance with resort policies, safety standards, and SOPs.

Manage night audits, daily reports, and MIS submissions to management.

Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate the Front Office team to deliver professional and courteous service.

Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions for team members.

Maintain proper staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Administrative Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Front Office reports.

Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and team development.

Manage inventory for front office supplies, uniforms, and stationery.

Guest Relations & Brand Standards

Promote the resort's services, facilities, and special offers to enhance guest experience and revenue.

Maintain the highest grooming and hospitality standards as per brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Front Office operations in resorts or premium hotels.

Knowledge of PMS software (IDS, Opera, or similar).

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.

Immediate joiner preferred.
