Job Description

A Front Office Manager oversees the customer service desk, managing staff, handling complex customer issues (returns, complaints, loyalty programs), ensuring smooth operations, maintaining a welcoming & organized front area, and implementing service standards to boost satisfaction and efficiency, bridging customer needs with store operations. They train teams, manage schedules, handle supplies for the desk, and act as a liaison with other departments like security or sales for problem-solving, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate front desk staff (cashiers, customer service reps).

Customer Experience:

Resolve escalated complaints, manage loyalty programs, handle returns/exchanges, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Operational Management:

Oversee daily front desk tasks, manage supplies (stationery, bags), ensure cleanliness, and maintain smooth workflows.

Performance & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs, implement strategies to improve service, manage budgets/expenses for the front office, and report on performance.

Coordination:

Liaise with other departments (security, logistics, sales) to resolve issues quickly.

Policy & Security:

Enforce store policies, safety protocols, and cash handling procedures.

Qualification: Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
