Job Description

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and address guest inquiries and complaints effectively.

Operational Efficiency:

Manage front desk operations, maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area, and ensure efficient handling of mail, calls, and messages.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage the front office budget, handle cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Problem Solving:

Resolve guest concerns and complaints, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve guest satisfaction.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicate effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
