Supervise the front office team and ensure smooth operations.
Manage guest check-in, check-out, and billing procedures.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper reservation management and room allocation.
Train and mentor front office staff.
Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
3-5 years of front office experience.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hotel management software.
