Requirements:
? Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in hotel front office operations as Front Office Manager.
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office.
? Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure smooth operations.
? Bachelor's degree/diploma in
Hotel Management
(preferred).
? Knowledge in Cloud ERP Software will be an added advantage.
