Job Overview:
We are looking for a Front Office Manager with a minimum of 5-10

years of experience in the Dental / Heathcare / Hospitality / Hotel industry, preferably female candidates

, to oversee and manage the daily operations of our clinic's front office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Front Office Management:



Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front office. Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for patients and visitors.

Team Leadership:



Lead and motivate front office staff to provide excellent customer service. Conduct regular training sessions for front desk personnel to enhance their skills.

Patient Relations:



Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients regarding appointments, billing, and follow-ups.

Appointment Scheduling:



Oversee the appointment scheduling process to optimize clinic efficiency. Coordinate with dental professionals to manage their schedules effectively.

Billing and Payments:



Supervise billing processes, including insurance claims and patient payments. Resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure accurate financial transactions.

Facility Maintenance:



Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the front office area.

Technology Utilization:



Stay updated on industry trends and implement technology solutions to enhance front office operations.

Performance Metrics:



Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to front-office operations. Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in the hospitality/ hotel industry. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficient in using office software and relevant technology.
