: we are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front Office . The Successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest service, efficient operations and an ideal candidate need data entry skill and good communication skill.

Key responsibilities :

1. Manage Front Office desk operations, responsible for performing various administrative job duties.

2. Greeting visitors, maintaining office visitor records, handling customer inquiries, and accepting cash payments.

3. Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and important events.

4. Support HR with onboarding and maintaining records.

5.Answering and screening telephone calls.

Qualification :

1 year Experience as a front desk supervisor or assistant front office manager Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational capabilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in any stream. proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Must have data entry skill
Pay scale : 10000/- - 16000/-
