Responsible for managing front desk operations, guest check-in / check-out, reservations handling and ensuring excellent eco-friendly hospitality experience at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office team, guest services & reception operations.
Handle reservations, room allocation, guest check-in & check-out.
Ensure guest queries, complaints & requests are resolved promptly.
Maintain resort eco-friendly service standards & guest experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, security & operations team.
Maintain guest records, billing, cash handling & POS system.
Prepare daily occupancy reports, MIS & submit to management.
Train front desk staff on eco resort policies, safety & service etiquette.
Profile Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
3+ years experience as FO Supervisor / FO Executive / FO Manager.
Excellent communication, guest handling & team management skills.
Knowledge of PMS / reservation systems & front office procedures.
Passion for sustainability & eco tourism culture preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
