Key Responsibilities:
Manage front office operations, appointments, billing coordination, and patient flow
Greet patients professionally and ensure a welcoming clinic environment
Counsel patients on dermatology/aesthetic procedures, treatment plans, and packages
Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion of consultations into procedures
Maintain patient records, reports, and confidentiality
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, and support staff
Handle feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively
Requirements:
Graduate with relevant experience in healthcare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics preferred
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office / clinic management software
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
