The Front Office Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily accounting, operations, and management tasks, as well as taking responsibility for generating leads through sales and calling efforts. Exceptional computer knowledge, especially in Excel, is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting and Operations Management: Supervise and ensure the accuracy of financial records and transactions. Lead the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements. Oversee inventory management and procurement activities. Maintain and enhance office efficiency and productivity. 2. Management and Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the front office team. Collaborate with department heads and senior management on strategic initiatives. Assist in project management and coordination. Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. 3. Lead Generation and Sales Management: Take a proactive approach to identify potential leads and business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Lead sales and calling efforts to acquire new clients. 4. Expert Computer Knowledge: Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues within the office. Stay updated on industry-specific software and tools to enhance productivity. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in accounting, operations, and management roles. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
