Who We're Looking For

:

An experienced

Front Office Manager

from the

hospitality/hotel sector

who can lead the front office team, ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and provide an exceptional wellness retreat experience to both Indian and international guests.

Key Responsibilities

:

Oversee daily front office operations, guest check-ins/outs, billing, and reservations. Lead and manage the front office team including training and scheduling. Ensure exceptional guest service and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, therapists, doctors) to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate guest records and reports. Assist in handling international guest queries and travel logistics. Monitor front office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

:

Minimum

5 years of experience in front office operations

in the

hospitality/hotel industry

. Prior experience in

wellness resorts, Ayurveda resorts, or retreats

is a plus. Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus. Familiarity with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) and reservation tools. Polished, professional appearance and customer-first attitude. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Willingness to relocate or work in a nature-bound retreat environment Work in a peaceful, heritage wellness environment. Be part of a globally reputed Ayurvedic retreat center.
